After much deliberation and research, I decided I would take the plunge and order some slipcovers for our living room furniture. The existing furniture upholstery was looking kind of shabby, but overall it was still sturdy. A few brief shopping trips proved new furniture was just not in the budget any time soon. I settled on
Sure Fit, a mail-order company which specializes in slipcovers. I ordered traditional fitting ones for the couch and love seat and a contrasting stretch-fit one for the chair and ottoman. They arrived today and I was able to install them quickly and easily just as they demonstrate in their videos. I am very happy with the results and they slipcovers do indeed stay in place as advertised!
